HISTORY:
Ahtier of Glazzonio was a proud member of the Green Lantern Corps. In one of her earliest known adventures she joined her fellow Green Lanterns in the defense of Oa from the being known as Legion. Years later, Athier and the Corps defeated the undead army of renegade Guardian Krona and his master Nekron, Lord of the Unliving.

Some time before the so-called Crisis on Infinite Earths, Ahtier was mortally wounded when a Coltan Raider ship she was fighting self-destructed. The Green Lantern fell to the planet Zymia, a world which had no love for Glazzonio.
Ahtier's predicament was compounded by the fact she was with child. The programming of the power ring demanded it was to be passed to a successor, the soon-to-be-born child was of little consequence to the ring.
The ring chose a Zymian woman whose husband had been killed by the falling debris of the Coltan Raider. She was disgusted by the sight of the Green Lantern. Ahtier asked the Zymian to care for her child shortly before she died.
The Zymian asked the ring of Ahtier's past. Learning the heritage of the Corps, the new Green Lantern of Zymia realized it must protect all life, including Ahtier's child.

Ahtier's body resided in the Crypts of the Green Lantern Corps, until Oa's destruction at the hands of Kyle Rayner.
