A member of the Green Lantern Corps whose ring was presumably disintegrated on Oa during the collapse of the Main Power Battery. D'Aran Tuu, Green Lantern of El 'Sh 'Tai, spoke out against the Khund/Dominion plan for invading Earth.

Concerned the opinions of the ex-Green Lanterns might influence other worlds to defend Earth, the Dominion set plans in motion to eliminate the agitators.

During a speech against the Alien Alliance, D'Aran Tuu was assassinated by an Alliance sympathiser.
