HISTORY:

There is little information regarding the supervillain called Ohm. He stole an experimental suit of armor from S.T.A.R. Labs and threatened to destroy Los Angeles. Ohm powered his armor by siphoning electrical mains beneath Rodeo Drive. Ohm's armor granted him super strength and electrical powers.

Ohm was defeated by the newest ring wielder, Kyle Rayner. In the fight, Ohm's armor was cut in half when the new Green Lantern pulled the would-be city destroyer out of it. Why he wished to destroy Los Angeles is unknown. Ohm has not been seen since.
