HISTORY:

In a future prophesized by a demon from the Empire of Tears, Sodam Yat is a Daxamite hailed as the ultimate Green Lantern. Presumably, he has all the powers of 20th and 30th century Daxamites, along with the abilities of the power ring.

The story, told to Abin Sur by Qull of the Five Inversions, concerns the final battle of the Green Lantern Corps.

After untold millennia, The Weaponers of Qward, Ranx the Sentient City, the Children of the White Lobe, and the Empire of Tears will rise united against the Green Lantern Corps.

Sodam Yat will perish battling the lobe-spawn. The planet-form Green Lantern Mogo will be the last to fall as Ranx the sentient city explodes a blink-bomb within his core.

OK, if you've read this story, you know two of Qull's "answers" have come true. Sure, he's a demon, but after being locked up 10 billion years, he sure knows what's going on!

In another, unpublished story by Alan Moore, Sodam Yat was to have killed Superman in an "Elseworlds" type future.
