HISTORY:

Tuebeen had gotten involved with Bxyl Tjyl's Pan-Galactian Traveling Circus and Side Show to investigate disappearances of its performers. He posed as a clown to try to track the kidnappers. Tuebeen did not enjoy this, as members of his race have no sense of humor.

The Green Lantern followed the kidnapper who had made an escape by teleportation. Tuebeen had thought the performers had been disintegrated, rather they were brought to a world that was home for the unfortunate and unwanted in the universe. The kidnapper, Tvillon Quartudd, had begged Bxyl Tjyl to come to this world, but the circus manager would not because there was no profit in it.

Tuebeen was moved by this and gladly joined the performers, once again wearing his clown make-up.
